Installation d’un syst\u00e8me d’extinction automatique \u00e0 gaz<\/h1>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, diff\u00e9rents moyens d\u2019extinction existent pour lutter contre l\u2019incendie au sein des entreprises.
L\u2019installation d\u2019Extinction Automatique \u00e0 Gaz (IEAG) consiste \u00e0 mettre en place un syst\u00e8me permettant d\u2019utiliser les caract\u00e9ristiques de diff\u00e9rents gaz pour \u00e9teindre ou limiter les effets d\u2019un incendie, notamment en r\u00e9duisant le temps d\u2019arr\u00eat des outils prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Diff\u00e9rents types de gaz sont utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019une IEAG :<\/h5>\n

\u2022 Les gaz inertes (C02, Azote, Argon\u2026), qui agissent par \u00e9touffement, le principe consistant \u00e0 abaisser la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne aux alentours du foyer, privant celui-ci de comburant (air).
\u2022 Les gaz chimiques (FM200, NOVEC 1230\u2026), qui agissent par inhibition, le principe consiste \u00e0 bloquer la cr\u00e9ation des radicaux libres.<\/p>\n

L\u2019IEAG : comment \u00e7a marche ?<\/h5>\n

L\u2019IEAG est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9e de deux syst\u00e8mes :

\u2022 Un syst\u00e8me d\u2019extinction<\/p>\n

Concr\u00e8tement, \u00e0 la confirmation de l\u2019alarme Feu, l\u2019alarme d\u2019\u00e9vacuation sonore est enclench\u00e9e et les panneaux lumineux \u00ab \u00e9vacuation imm\u00e9diate \u00bb et \u00ab entr\u00e9e interdite \u00bb sont allum\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s une temporisation (r\u00e9glable jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30 secondes) permettant l\u2019\u00e9vacuation du personnel, une impulsion \u00e9lectrique est envoy\u00e9e sur une cartouche pyrotechnique ou une \u00e9lectrovanne, entra\u00eenant la diffusion du gaz dans le local.
\nDans certains cas, ces installations doivent \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par des mat\u00e9riels permettant la mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel tels qu\u2019un dispositif d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019urgence, un dispositif d\u2019abandon d\u2019urgence, des vannes de mise \u00e0 l\u2019air libre, ou encore un dispositif odorisant pour le gaz.<\/p>\n

Pour maximiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019une Installation d\u2019Extinction Automatique \u00e0 Gaz, il faut que les locaux prot\u00e9g\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 suffisante afin qu\u2019une concentration minimale soit maintenue pendant une dur\u00e9e de 10 minutes. C\u2019est pourquoi il est important de r\u00e9aliser, au minimum annuellement, un test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du local (ventitest).
\nL\u2019installation d\u2019une IEAG repr\u00e9sente un investissement non n\u00e9gligeable, il faut donc s\u2019assurer de son efficacit\u00e9 au fil du temps.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022\tElle agit de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9coce<\/strong>, avant m\u00eame de solliciter le sprinkler, limitant ainsi les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts li\u00e9s au feu et \u00e0 l\u2019eau et permettant \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de red\u00e9marrer ses moyens de production rapidement.
